"There's no where to start. There is literally nothing I don't like about it. I had a home theater system with six (yes, count em' six) remotes on the table. I tried other Universal Remotes, but none had the speciality buttons I needed for certain functions. The biggest problem? My wife could not run it. I even had instructions printed out stating press this on remote 3 then this on remote 1 etc. But if she pressed the wrong button it was all over.
